Have you ever had to undergo authentic panic attack indicators? If so, then you know how anxious and possible fearful they can make a person. The main reason for that is you simply do not know when another one may happen. As you know, it is not possible to be able to make any kind of prediction as to when another panic attack episode will happen. Just in the US by itself, practically 3 million people undergo panic disorder which are common panic attacks. In any case, take into consideration all the undiagnosed people who have only endured one panic attack, or possibly tow, although nothing on an ongoing basis. In this answer, we will review many of the signals of a panic attack, and feasibly that knowledge will help you to spot others.

One of the more somewhat vague types of panic attack symptoms has to do with muscle tension. Panic attacks happen suddenly and last roughly ten minutes. Experiencing sudden but short lived muscle tension is a symptom of a panic attack. You may think something else is going on, however, depending on the location of the muscle tension. Noticeable muscle tension in your chest or left arm can lead you to think you are having a heart attack. So you need to consider the context of your situation. Others experience symptoms similar to those you have when coming down with the flu such as excessive sweat or having the chills. This can add confusion to the situation. There are other such feelings that can be related to panic attacks. Thinking you are sick is only part of the reason you should discuss this with your doctor. If your symptoms don't last long and don't happen again soon, then they were most likely due to a panic attack.

One of the most dire symptoms associated with panic attacks is feeling like you're choking. This is especially terrifying if when the attack lasts for up to fifteen minutes. However, sometimes symptoms can last longer. So experiencing the feeling of choking, even though you are not, is a highly stressful situation and would be for anyone. This would be cause for extreme concern, especially for someone who has never experienced this type of system before.

Men and women experience different symptoms of panic attacks. Of course there are similarities, though. It also seems that men are about 50% less likely to suffer from a panic attack. To help identify whether or not you're having a panic attack, try to make note of your symptoms and remember them in case of future attacks.

Alcohol results in deteriorated emotional control while the effects persist, as well as for 24-48hours after it leaves your system.

I would recommend reducing alcoholic intake and practicing moderation. If that does not cut down on the behacior you don't like, then consider quitting altogether.

I'd suggest...not drinking. If you get panic attacks each time you drink, you might want to stop.
