Are there any effects after drinking alcohol heavily for the first time?!
I drank for the first time really heavily. What are the long-term/short-term effects of drinking alcohol once?

Early drinking days I had 4 shots of liquor and some malt liquor. Day after didn't touch any alcohol and felt a bit off. Day after that, back to the ale. Long term effects none for your first time. Just don't drink heavily all day every day.
Wont be long term ones. You will get drunk very quickly and if you drink too much will throw up and probably be hungover badly the next day. have fun!
