weed= not addictive, if smoked through a vape completely harmless to your lungs, helps lower the iop in glaucoma patients, cannot over dose.
Alcohol= addictive, you can die if you drink to much, drunk driving, sleeping with fat chicks, getting married in vegas, liver failure.

I'll go with alcohol.

Alcohol is pretty bad for you. Wrecks your liver, for starters. Had a friend whose father died of cirrhosis of the liver (from his heavy drinking).

Of course, weed is hard on your lungs. Every joint is as bad for your lungs as a pack of cigarettes is. Have a friend who is pulling around oxygen on a cart from years of toking up. I suppose one could say, "At least she's alive" (as opposed to the friend's father) ... but I don't want that for myself.

Both alcohol and weed can have detrimental effects on your health. Also, marijuana is illegal and alcohol is illegal if you are under 21. For more information on both alcohol and marijuana use and abuse, check out the blog below. Hope this helps.

Drinking alcohol is much much worse.
For one, it affects the liver, as well as the brain.
Alcohol is much more addictive than weed.
You do silly things like sex without protection, stupid fighting, and swimming when drunk.
Alcohol is worse in so many ways.

Heavy drinking isn't good and smoking a pound of kush daily either. I'd keep the drinking to a pint or 2 beer a day (quality ale) and the occasional blunt or tasty brownies.

As far as I know nobody has had an accident because of smoking. On the other hand.....
