If it's antibiotics, nothing.
Pain killers might harm you're liver, but that's with continued use.
It depends. Some can make you drunker, and faster, and contrary to popular belief, that is not a good thing.
Sometimes, the combination can dramatically increase your risk of serious liver damage. Talk to your chemist/pharmacist or doctor. And if it's an over-the-counter medication, there's probably a toll-free number that you can call.
It depends on the medication. But I knew a girl in college who did that and had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance. She recovered, but it could have been really bad..
