Angostura bitters can be purchase in just about any large grocery store.
In Texas you will find it in H-E-B, Gerlands Food Fair, Galations(Foodland), Newport etc.
I know for sure Albertsons carries them. They are shelved with the mixers in the beer/wine department.
Most of those chain stores can special order them for you.
If you do not want to wait for an order, pick pretty much any liquor store.
