Random question about ice cubes?!
when ice cubes freeze they are like white in the middle and clear around the outside, well thats whats like for me when i freeze my own ice cubes. Anyway why is that it's white in the middle and clear on the outside?

Good question! I've noticed that too. Apparently it's due to water freezing quickly and impurities in the water. This link may help explain.

All water contains dissolved salts & other impurities.
These end up being concentrated in the last part of the cube to freeze, which is the middle
The middle part is colder and more frozen than the rest of the ice cube.
