Dating without drink?!

Some churches have singles who meet at different places.

If someone wants alcohol, they will find a way to bring it, in any setting. Are you looking to be with people to meet for possible dating?

I use to go to a dance place/bar that I never drank. I don't drink and I don't smoke. My best friend would shock me and once or twice a year have a beer. It depends on the people you are with.

There are plenty of options without drinking. This is something I've been looking into, as I live in Chicago and Chicago is just a huge drinking scene. Movies are a good option, bowling or games is another good option, rec sports leagues, dining, or cooking classes/events are also cool to do.

You don't HAVE to drink alcohol in a place where it's served, ya know. Why are you trying to avoid them? You could have so much fun there dancing and stuff, it'd be a shame to avoid them. Please explain?
