21'st B-Day. Please Help!?!
It's my friend's 21st B-Day this weekend and he wants to get really drunk. How can I do this without breaking the bank? Any drink suggestions would be much appreciated.

Vodka or rum is a good mixer and fairly cheap. You can do that, buy some soda and juice, and you're all set.
You could do a Caribou-Lou
In a 1-Gal. jug, combine: 1/2 of a bottle(750mL) of Bacardi 151, 1 Cup Malibu Pineapple Rum, and then the rest is filled with Pineapple juice
