I think it is not possible. Cheap cigarettes can be delivered to USA only from Easter Europe and the delivery takes about 10 days/2 weeks, as it is quite far away. It is impossible to send them by overnight delivery as USPS, FedEx or DHL do not handle cigarette shipments. I know as I have been ordering cigarettes online for more than 2 years. From the very beginning I also wasn't totally satisfied with the delivery timeframe however later I realized that there was no other way. Since that time I just plan my orders not to find myself out of cigarettes one day.
