If the tequila you have is decent quality, you can make something that's pretty close to a classic margarita.
A classic margarita uses tequila, agave nectar, and fresh lime juice. If you cut the honey with a bit of hot water, you can use about 3/4 oz as a natural sweetener. Add 1/2 oz of fresh lime juice [not lime juice cordial] and you have a pretty decent-tasting margarita.
You also have the ingredients to make a Cosmopolitan.
2 oz vodka
3/4 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Lime juice
splash of cranberry juice
