You can get 50%, 75%, and 91% Isopropyl Alcohol from most drug/pharmacy stores. Large department stores with a health and beauty section will often carry the alcohol as well. I have not scene a 95%.
I think 95% is the maximum alcohol possible.
Rubbing alcohol has poison added to stop people from drinking it without paying alcohol tax. Don't drink it.
Rubbing alcohol is for exterior use... do not drink it, you will die, go blind, destroy your kidneys!!!!
