If you have to drive, then don't drink. That has to be one hell of a drink for you to risk a dui, btw you CAN get a dui under the limit if you aren't fully aware...

depends on genetics, metabolism and such. The best way to make sure is to not drink until you get home and don't have to drive. However, I beilieve the "rule of thumb" is two beers, one glass of wine, or one shot per hour. Make sure your last one is an hour before you leave, even then it's not for sure.

Well I live in ca and the limit is 0 now they changed it to a zero tolerance law so if you drive and drink you'll get a D.U.I.

Anything more than one beer or one shot or one mixed drink will do it.
