There is one. Go-Kart Raceway which has Rica's tacos stand outside and they sell alcohol. Also Track 21 does or they do cocktail parties anyway.

The Go-Kart Raceway (rated #1 by the Houston Chronicle) has at least 24 video games,
table games (Pool, Foosball, Air Hockey, and more), and four concession vendors.

When I was there 6 years ago, one taco vendor was selling beer. I don't recall the brand
they were selling. But I do recall it wasn't something I would drink - Coors, Bud, or Millers.
I told the friend I was with that next time we bring our own beer!

Try Funplex on Beechnut or somewhere. They don't have go-karts, but you can BYOB and just drive your vehicle straight into the building; no ones in there.
