what is the difference between white malt vinigar and white wine vinigar when using in a chinese pork dish?!

Question: What is the difference between white malt vinigar and white wine vinigar when using in a chinese pork dish?
Answers:

To be brutally honest: nothing! Any difference in flavour is so small that it will be overwhelmed by other flavours in the dish. I personally believe that this kind of "Nicety" is meant to get more money out of our pockets and into the manufacturers pockets. Choose whichever you like but don't be duped by the advertising hype. In general true malt vinegar is made from beer, wine vinegar is made from wine.

Because of these different starting bases they have different tastes

They are both spelt the same - vinegar

It's all in the taste.
