You mean milliliters (not millimeters).

A Jigger (1.5 ounces) is about 45ml
1) There is no standard size for a shot. It ranges from 1 ounce to 2.5 ounces or 25ml to 100ml.
2) Millimeters are a measurement of length. Ounces and milliliters are measurements of volume. They are not interchangeable.

It's 25ml in a shot, which would be 25000 mm^3 if you really wanted to measure it in millimetres instead of millilitres
