Some hookah smokers use fruit maybe dried fruit or the peel.

If you are worried about your mum smelling it:

Buy chewing gum (breath)
Buy mouthwash (breath)
Eat Toopthpaste (breath)
Smoke with gloves on (hands and fingers)

If you want the fix from nicotine:

Patches
Gum (again!)

Failing that, just smoke dude....whatever does it for you...you will leave home eventually and she will find out eventually so just light up dude.

First of all I know you don't smoke because if you did you wouldn't be asking this question. tobacco contains nicotine which is highly addictive. There is Absolutely no reason to smoke if it has no nicotine. so go ahead and smoke your bed sheets. it wont do anything.

you should try quitting smoking. things that have control over your life aren't good. plus if you have to keep it from your parents, thats a pretty good sign that its a bad thing. so you should really try to stop smoking:) it will make your body (aka lungs) alot happier too:)

YOU CAN'T - NO TOBACCO = NO CIGARETTE

hmm... cigarette without tobacco...
ummm... roll up a piece of paper, dont put any tobacco in it and your done!

Research Sweet Grass. It's what the plains indians smoked.
