Addinkirque just over the border from France into Belgium. It's much cheaper there than anywhere we've been. Yiu will be ok to bring back your limit,no extras to pay...............
Actually,there is NO limit to the amount you can bring in to the UK from any other EU member state.There is an open border for personal imports i.e.personal use. It's just bloody minded customs officers who decide what you can or can't bring in !

no where, there is an import duty and tax on top of it and a limit to the amount you can bring into the UK
Try growing it, its legal in the uk to grow and processes but remember to pay the tax before you smoke it ;)
