What will happen after drinking a bit of fermented orange juice (in 2 year old child)?!

Question: What will happen after drinking a bit of fermented orange juice (in 2 year old child)?
My 2 year old found a sippy cup with a bit of orange juice left in it under his bed. I walked in to find it in hand and when asked if he drank any, he nodded. Now, I am not positive he did drink any and I'm sure it was a couple swigs at most if he did as it probably doesn't taste good...But I am wondering if there are any affects of this. Will he vomit/have diarrhea? I should mention I dilute juice for my children with half water as well, so it wasn't straight orange juice! Any help would be appreciated, thanks!!!

My daughter once ate a stink bug and was fine. She has also ingested other "old" things that she shouldn't. My dog once ate NAIR and was fine. Old OJ will probably not bother him.

Seasoned mom.

A little old fermented juice will not hurt him. There are countries that eat fermented food and juice on a regular basis, but if you are worried, just give him little extra water to negate the bad juice.
