Mobile bartending in texas?!

Question: Mobile bartending in texas?
I live on dallas and I am already TABC certified as required by law in texas to be a bartender or server. I have made the decision to became a mobile/private bartender and freelance my services. This will basically be a sole proprietorship business for me. I have business cards on the way and I'm setting up my website as well. My only other question is: Aside from being TABC certified are there any other permits or licenses I need to get to do this in the state of texas?? I don't mean insurance (which I plan to get also). I don't want to get caught basically operating without the proper legal right to go do. All answers are appreciated, thanks!!

I am a bartender in Texas. There is no "mobile bartending" -THAT is illegal. The place wherevver you are working needs to have their permits for alcohol. Selling alcohol in a home or a party is yes, illegal. You need your TABC, right but so does the place you work for. They also have to purchase other licenses that the venue has to carry at all times, having nothing to do with the bartenders. However, you can still get in trouble if you are working in a place that does not have their correct permits. My suggestion is to rethink your strategy.
