That said - a license is generally not required in the UK. But good interpersonal relationship skills are a necessity if you want to be successful.
Tending bar requires more than just a knowledge of different drinks. You will often also be the pub's cook as well as its janitor. Bartenders are often called upon to be everything from a marriage counselor to an authority on sports.
Set your sights higher as in owning a pub by the time you turn 21!

question 1: What country are you in? in the UK you cant sell any alcohol etc unless over 18. Enjoy your time as a youth.... exams are hard and a 10 year old wouldn't be able to pass one. There are more fun, enjoyable and well paid jobs than a bartender...

3 your school work will suffer.
4 Who will look after your toys when you are working.
Good idea, but by law to even apply for a licence to sell intoxicating liquor to the public requires the applicant to be at least 21 years old.
