Ive been brewing sake for 2 weeks now, but it's still fermenting.?!


Question: Ive been brewing sake for 2 weeks now, but it's still fermenting.?
There are still bubbles coming out of the airlock, what should I do, wait until the bubbles stop or take it out now?

Answers:

Add potassium chloride! Then heat with fire for 24 hours and have petrol around the outside of the glass
