Is it possible my drink was spiked or was I just drunk?!

Question: Is it possible my drink was spiked or was I just drunk?
I am a 22yo female and weigh 50kg. I usually drink every 2-3 weekends, however over the 'festive' season I have been drinking atleast a couple of times a week (not heavily). Usually my weekend drinking would be classified as binge drinking (getting pretty hammered), I usually have about 8-10+ standard drinks, I generally drink them quite quickly (2-3 an hour) and usually remember most of the night, however I do have a tendency to feel sleepy or fall asleep - weather it be I've had 4 or 10 standard drinks.

I attended a concert the other day. I'd eaten half a sandwich and had a chicken salad for lunch. I arrived at the concert at about 3:30pm. By 5:30pm I'd had 3 wines (1.9 standard drinks each). I remember everything clear as a bell - drinking each drink, going to the toilet multiple times, watching the bands, walking around, talking to people etc.

I woke up at 1:30am to be told by a friend that I'd basically been kicked out of the concert because I was too wasted (the ambulance officers checked me out and thought I was heavily intoxicated asked what else I'd taken). My last recollection is finishing my wines (must have been around 5:30) and just walking around having fun.

It seems I'd lined up in the queue and had 1 more wine, talked to this couple for ages, left my bag in the port-a-loo, spewed all down myself, had security take my drinking wristband off me, have ambulance officers look at me.

My friend thinks we left the concert around 6 - 6:30pm. After getting home at 7:30pm he said I was just out to it, until I woke up at 1:30am.

Was it a combo of not eating much/drinking to quick, or is it possible my drink was spiked?

Answers:

Definitely a possibility. Especially because of how clearly you remember the first 3 glasses of wine, your normal tolerance, and the fact that you were at a concert.

Was your drink with you at all times or was it out of sight for a few minutes. It just takes a minute to spike a drink, good thing your friends were keeping an eye on you. This is why I rarely drink in public, mostly at home or a friend's house.

it possible.
or you just got shitfaced.
