400+mg/dL - Respiratory failure, coma and death but there are reports of people having twice this a living to brag about it. I'm calling you on this one sir. The highest I have read for a grown man was .98 so I doubt a young child could do twice that amount.
Considering people have died with a fourth that much in their system, he was lucky to make it to the hospital.
Your brother consumed over 6 times the amount of alcohol that would have knocked most people on their ***.
If he went to the hospital... Its not good.
that 187% , fatal is 40% or .4
187 haha....lame
