Can a liquor store legally refuse to sell me alcohol?!

And You could have bought it with him standing right there. lol. the only reason I can think of that they wont sell is if your trashed already. Most places don't want to sell to a person drunk already. Your fine. go buy your liquor. I just bought mine a few min ago. :D

Yes, they can refuse to sell you alcohol. There is no law giving you the right or entitlement to buy alcohol.

They have every right to refuse you service. They are protecting themselves under ABC laws. Try a different store without your boyfriend there

I'm sure there is a sign up in there somewhere that says they reserve the right to refuse to sell liquor at will.
