Lala you are right on except for 1 thing. the e-cigs can be bought without nicotine cause thats what I use. It's the nicotine that is addictive and it's in gums, patches, etc. I also used a tabacco free and nicotine free cigarette to help me quit. They were made of ground coco leaves and had no nicotine. You still lit them and inhaled so still kinda bad but it got me to quit and I'm off them now 165 days.

Smoke free is the brand and web site.

EDIT:

If water vapor is damaging our ozone layer, then our natural eco system damages the ozone, so does cooking, taking a shower, and a million other things. In addition it water vapor damaged ozone, shouldnt we be able to just release a lot of water vapor and get rid of ground level ozone pollution? Just boil water around everything that produces ozone, no more pollution, right?

EDIT again,
Well I guess water does damage ozone. But that begs the question, why are we not using water to get rid of ground level ozone?

1. EVERYONE selling something is trying to make money off you, including this website

2. No its not. Normal cigs have the few hundred chems naturally in the tobacco, plus 600 additives on avg that combine to make over 4000 chems when burned.

Ecigs are made of water, propelyne glycol, vegetable glycerin, alcohol (imagine the alcohol in throat spray) and hard candy food flavorings.

Propelyne glycol (pg) and vegetable glycerin (vg) are both available over the counter, fda approved for use in food, used in several kids toys, used in fogging machines, has medical uses.

Since the ecig is only heating the liquid, you are only changing the state of the mixture from a liquid to a gas, much the same way water is water (well, h2o) whther its ice water or steam. Its the fire that causes the chemical reaction and produces the tar.

There is no tobacco in ecigs, its a liquid. They do add nicotine, and you can choose your own nic dosage, making it easier to step down than with reg cigs. (yes, you can get 0 nic liquid, when choosing your own dosage)

Now, there are many brands that are cheap shoddy electronics, so you have to be careful what you buy. Just like I can buy a cheap shoddy cd player for 10$, or I can go buy a bose for a couple thousand. But I would never call all cd players crap based on the shoddy electronics of the 10$ unit.

The flavors tricky. NONE of them will taste like your fav cig. It took me a lot of time to find the right flavors, and ended up likeing fruity flavors, even though I thought i would hate them.

Gum DOES have nicotine in it. SO it has the exact tobacco part that the ecig has.

Oh, ask a doctor? You mean a doctor who gets more money the more people who come to him with smoking diseases? The ama who already has proven the support things that give them profit, not whats safe? The parhamceutical companies who are trying to patent ecigs and make them rx only so they can bring a profit on it?

Whatever.

You can buy full nicotine and/or nicotine free electronic cigs at Green Smoke also. I just bought a few more with a 10% discount code below:

in case u were interested in more knowledge.. water vapor is ten times more toxic to the ozone layer than reg cigs. ... just another reason to not buy it! :)

so.... what's the question?

can I have 10 points anyway? :D

this wasn't even a question.
