I love whittards tea, there are so many flavours of teabags or as loose leaves or mixtures like chai cinnamon tea (lush) and other flavours, which can be used in tea strainers.
Twinings is pretty good too, fennel tea is a nice one.
If you're just looking at normal breakfast tea then i'm sure twinings would be a good one. :)

Celestial Seasonings is so wonderful! They have health teas, sleepy time tea, breakfast teas, fruit teas, and many more!
Celestial and my favorite is the County Peach Passion.
