How do I produce, bottle, and market my own alcoholic beverage legally to the open public here in Michigan?!
I have an alcoholic beverage that I'd like to sell to the open public legally, but I don't really know where to start. I'm more than alright with paying the costs to do business, like paying another company to produce and bottle my concoction, so anything of the sort would help as well. I am based in Saint Joseph, in the Michiana region, so anything in Indiana would work as well.
I'm not sure what legal forms I'd have to fill out, or who to talk to about selling it through other stores, but everyone who's tried it really love it, and I'd be grateful for any help getting pointed in the right direction. Thanks!

You are going to need a federal and state liscense. I think the ATF administers the federal liscense. They will have a lot of hurdles, fees and paperwork for you.

Take a small business course at your nearest college.Otherwise you may fall flat on your face.Ignorance is the biggest hurdle when starting a business.Good luck!
