Besides being hung over you may have the after effects of alcohol poisening.
Drink a lot of water to flush your system and stay away from the sauce.It get's worse every time.

Alcohol's warming effect is temporary and you are sweating it out in your pores.

your just hung over take a shot of what ever you drunk last night drink lots of water and eat fatty foods
