Depends on what you are doing. If you are distilling, you have pressures you need to be concerned with or filtering.

If it is beer or wine, you have to watch your sanitation as to not introduce potentially nasty microbial contaminants.

Other than a few precautionary measures, there are very little dangers in making your own alcohol.

Brewer of beer, wine and mead.

Jail and prison time. If you do not distill it properly there is a big risk of explosion. I guess you could kill yourself if you do not make it properly and you drink it!

Easier to make wine or beer. You can buy kits to make it!

You can oversaturate your distillation or it could blow up if under too much pressure and not carefully monitored.

it could built up bacteria and make you really sick like drinking bad fruit juice as long as you keep it sterile then you shuld be good
