If a woman is drunk but says "Yes" and consents to love-making, then why SHOULDN'T we be allowed to?!

Question: If a woman is drunk but says "Yes" and consents to love-making, then why SHOULDN'T we be allowed to?
If a woman CHOSE to have a few drinks...then consents to love-making with a man...why SHOULDN'T men be allowed to go for it?

Feminists want MEN to take all the responsibility and screech "Rape" if a man sleeps with a tipsy woman...even if she consented?!

Answers:

And they say this is a mens world?
Hey, if I got drunk and a sober woman had sex with me and I went to yelled "rape" NOTHING would happen. Guaranteed.
It's not fair and just plain stupid.

Because when she wakes up and cannot remember where she is or how she got there you may be accused of something regardless of whether or not she consented. When people get drunk they make decisions that are impulsive or may not be conscious of it. You should just let it be and catch her on another night when she is sober and can make a rational decision with no regrets in the morning.

Are there really no gentlemen left in the world?
Have some self-respect and find a sober woman who would actually -want- to sleep with you.
But, since you have to ask this question, it appears that you're such an incredible sleaze that no one would want to sleep with you in their right mind.

You can have sex with a drunk woman...who's consenting, just don't rape her. If she changes her mind at any point...then STOP or she will be yelling rape! Why would you want to sleep with a woman who is that trashed anyways...she might throw up on you!

ahh....can't you get a sober woman to go to bed with you? sounds like you specialize in women who
might not be thinking so clearly, and I am wondering why that is?

It seems a man is supposed to have different standards to them. They will been seen as 'taking advantage' and be persecuted.

Unless a woman is also guilty of rape for having sex with a drunk man this argument simply has no worth.

Cause alcohol is a drug and influences our mind so we may have not wanted to if we were sober.
