15-16 Party with Alcohol?!

Question: 15-16 Party with Alcohol?
My house is in the middle of the country and my brother who is older has had many previous party's all with Alcohol and the Music as loud as he wanted with no problems, I want to have one when I am 16. I have not celebrated my birthday in 8 years as I have low self esteem and supposedly my therapist says I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Besides the point though.

(My Dad is also a sound Technician and has Sound,Lights and a Fog Machine)

What trouble can my Dad get into (UK) ?
Any experiences ?

Thanks.

Alcohol is not a bad thing when drank responsibly, it's completely your choice but from my experience a party with it is better. You say it had positive effect and you talked to people so why not? You're going to be at home it's not like you're gonna be in a dangerous environment. Just don't go overboard and enjoy yourself, if your parents are ok with it of course.

Why not have juice instead? Or other fancy non-alcoholic beverages.

I am 15 but I have no intention whatsoever to have a party with alcohol, you don't need it to have a good time!

Think about it... if you drink and get drunk, you might do something you regret and then you confidence and self-esteem may be totally shattered.

Also, don't do it because your friends do it; giving into peer pressure is a sign of low self esteem.

If you have low self esteem and Generalized Anxiety Disorder the WORST thing you can do is start drinking mate. Use your head, eh? Take care of yourself.

Well if someone complains worst will probably be that police will come and tell you to keep the noise down or whatever.. They won't do anything drastict if you are under control

You don't need alcohol to have a good time & 16 is too young to have a drinking party.

If you celebrate without the alcohol you would have no problems.
