boil kettle of water. take glass put teaspoon in glass.(this stops glass from cracking from hot water) put in lemon juice 4 teaspoon-fulls add 1 teaspoon-full of honey (this takes the sharpness out of the lemon)pour in the hot water over the teaspoon. sip drink and be refreshed.



I have been drinking this for years. I put the water on to boil while Im in the shower, by the time Im done and dressed the water is just right. Warm enough to drink, but not to cold.

I add a teaspoon of lemon juice and honey. My skin is more radiant and I feel healthier.

I drink this 3 times a day. Its an ayurvedic remedy for weightloss as well
