Alright, let me clear this up first. Sheesha is just the arabic name for Hookah, so there's no difference, just saying. And a great way is to put your tobacco, cover it in foil, puncture it with holes, and, to give it some flavor, you can cut a hole in the apple and stick it on the tin foil.
