How much water should I drink a day?!


Question: How much water should I drink a day?
4-5 times a week I run 3 miles and lift weights. I'm curious I should be drinking on these days, and on days I don't work out. I'm sure it changes with how much you do on that day. How much should I drink on an off day, and day when im working out. I know no one has an EXACT answer, but suggestions are ok.

as much as you want. empty calories are destroyed during running. plus no fat or anything so drink up. after running and working out you deserve it



people are supposed to drink 2 liters of water a day everyday i dont drink as much but thats what ive been told.



8 glasses a day is enough for adults and make ur urine clear(not yellow or orange).
