How often do you drink during the day?!

i would say 10 cups of everything together that includes soda. kool-lade, apple juice and water

I am in the car lots during the day. I always have a bottle of cold water with me. In the summer I pack a cooler with ice and bottles of water. I drink from it all day. At least 2-3 times an hour. I drink soooo much water.

As much plain iced tea from the time I wake up until the time I get home from work. I can guzzle it since I'm always thirsty. Probably about 8-10 refills in my bottle, I can't keep track of how many times I step away from my station to glug iced tea.

Probably some water on average of a little per every two hours, if I am hot maybe every 1 hour. I drink about 2-3 bottles a day.

by myself I drink a 2liter by myself in 2days usually...but I also have a dehydration problem so I usually am quite thirsty...
