yes, but not in the US, Canada, or the UK

all of these locations have laws against flavored cigarettes, due to them thinking this makes them too popular for underage smokers.

if you want these sort of flavors, you need to either buy it for pipes/hookah, or flavored cigars/cigarillos

i've had vanilla flavored

but it's the rolled ones(by ourselves)
