think about it... if someone is flat out drunk, their blood alcohol level is only like 0.2 blood alcohol level... this is 2/10th of a percent of alcohol
at that level, it would be like drinking a shot of vodka, or a single can of beer if you drank all the person's blood, which would be unlikely.
They can only be arrested for drunk driving if they ate the liver with some fava beans and a nice chianti
