Making yourself puke question?!

Question: Making yourself puke question?
Okay so I was wondering when you make yourself puke, how do you know all of the food is out of your stomach and how many times do you have to puke?
Okay so I know this is an unhealthy way to lose weight, but I need to lose alot of weight and fast!!
A couple of minutes ago I was doing this and its my first time, so naturally I was wondering how many long I have to do this for....
PS. how fast will I lose the weight??

Answers:

You really wont be loosing weight if you puke. Contrary to popular belief, purging isn’t very effective at getting rid of calories, you actually end up gaining weight over time. Vomiting immediately after eating will only eliminate 50% of the calories consumed at best—and usually much less. This is because calorie absorption begins the moment you put food in the mouth. Laxatives and diuretics are even less effective. Laxatives get rid of only 10% of the calories eaten, and diuretics do nothing at all. You may weigh less after taking them, but that lower number on the scale is due to water loss, not true weight loss.

If you want to loose weight, do something else and dont do something so stupid that you will regret for the rest of your life.

You will not loose weight with this. Just don't. It's gross, it will mess up your teeth, your stomach... when you think about puking, think about how many girls of your age died today because they didn't have enough food. Or think about all people that are sick with cancer and puke everyday because of chimio... Just sayin.

well yu need to exercise at least 2 hours a day and of course take a break for 15 minutes and that should make you lose weight instead of trying to spew food out of Your stomach.

Don't be an idiot and do this. Just eat healthier food and get plenty of exercise if you really want to lose weight.

YOU NEED TO STOP THIS OR I WILLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
