What's the best party school in GA?!

Besides University of Georgia, because they've already had their deadline for applications. Besides schools that have early deadline application (UGA, G-Tech, GSU), I could go to any school in Georgia. Which do you think has the most fun students, nicest atmosphere, and the most fun party scene? Are there any schools in Georgia where you would consider weed acceptable or commonplace? I'm still used to where I used to live, where mary jane was more socially acceptable to most than underage drinking... lol
