you could eat as many mangos as you want and it will not effect your weight whatsoever. they have almost no fat calories and most of the calories come from fructose which is almost as easy for you body to absorb as glucose, the kind of sugar in your blood that fuels your cells. hopefully you also eat a little protein and a little fat during the day besides mangos.
mango's don't even have 1 gram fat and since they don't raise blood sugar levels they do not promote fat storage! so eat all the mangos you want! :) hope this helps!
