Question: What medicines will cause least damage when combined with liquor and probably ecstasy and cocain?

Im gonna have a huge awesome party tonight. Unfortunately im real sick and feel like absolute crap. so i need to know what can i take now and be on for like the next 6 hours that wont cause any more major liver damage or other organ damage / failure then iv already planned for.after i pop my first e pill and down like 16 oz's of cheap rum.
so as dumb as this sounds I'm kinda health conscious and don't want to die today
so please help?

Hey man don't listen to thes ***** touchers. Have your party and go nuts. I have to say though, the throat medicine is probly a bad idea unless you go with a simple like, throat spray.
