Answers:

water cleans your insides just like it cleans your outsides.

Your body is mostly made up of water. 90% of our body weight is water, 60% of the human body is water. It's very important to stay hydrated. Most people do not drink the recommended amount of water a day, and they are fine. Every other drink is water based, same with food, and we get a lot of water without even realizing it. The reason water by itself is so important is because it cleanses the body and flushes out the toxins. It also makes us feel full so we do not over-eat. I was watching a show and they recommended keeping a cup near every sink. Every time you saw the cup you had to drink a cup of water. I tried it, and it was amazing how much better I felt after a week or so.

Water hydrates you. throughout the day you sweat, which releases water and if you don't drink enough water you'll get de-hydrated. Being de-hydrated is not a good feeling at all, it causes dizziness, blackouts and headaches. So drinking as much water as you can is definatley beneficial and good for your health.
