Help me find the name of this cocktail?!

Question: Help me find the name of this cocktail?

I went to a casino this past weekend, where I had a great drink made of Absolut Cranberry and orange juice (and possibly a few other ingredients), but I can't remember the name! One cocktail waitress said it was just OJ and ACB and that it didn't have a name, and another kind of mumbled the name as she rushed off to fill my drink order. Does anyone know what this is actually called?

What color was the drink? Was it yellow, pink or red? I believe you were drinking a Madras. It is vodka, cranberry juice and orange juice. In your case, you got Absolut vodka, cranberry juice and orange juice.

this is the closes thing that i can find
you could tell them to make it with orange juice and not grapefruit juice

its just a screwdriver made with cranberry flavored vodka...but you'd order it as "absolute cranberry and OJ" That's it! No real name for those flavored vodkas...
