Difference between drinks with same alcohol%?!
I have vodka and rum both 40% and 80 proof.
So what's the difference excluding the taste? Will one hit me harder, or both be the same thing?

Rum is made from Sugar Cane and Molasses and Vodka is either from a potato or grains. Rum is also aged and vodka is not (most dark alcohols are aged some what). as for it hitting you harder some times rum hits harder but it is individual. And it depends on your tolerances for alcohol.
