Is it considered a faux pas to carry wine in a flask?!

Question: Is it considered a faux pas to carry wine in a flask?
If so, what's a wino on the go to do?

Answers:

If you must be a mobile imbiber, make sure your flask is plastic coated, as some wines, depending on the grape and brix content don't react well with a flask that has a metal lining.

Flasks are usually only 6-8 oz. That's only a glass or two of wine. So you could do it, but you're not going to be drinking very much.

normally it is, but if you think about, no one really knows what you're drinking! go for it!
