Question:

What is the BEST cure for a BAD HANGOVER...help!???!?

or what is a good way to prevent a hangover the nite before?...and dont say hmmmm...dont drink,lol.....I know I kinda put 2 questions in 1:) :) :^)

Answers: Drink plenty of water the afternoon (or morning if it's a real seesion) before you go drinking. Have a few glasses of water during your session and this helps prevent dehydration.
Have some paracetamol before you go to bed and then when you get up you have made a start on the plasma levels so when you take a couple more............. they work better.
You can buy Ranitidine over the counter and this will really sort the belly out.
Apple Juice (I dilute it 50/50 with water)........... It's ace stuff for the morning after. Fruit juices help to rehydrate quickly and apple juice releases sugars slowly........... do all the above and your ready for the next session after lunch (which shouldn't be a fry up by the way!). i cant prevent a hangover,
but bananas help hangovers A piece of Pizza (sauce helps) and a Coke.
Drink water before going to bed, also in between a few drinks, this hydrates you. Hangovers are caused by the loss of electrolytes from drinking. You need to replace those electrolytes. You can use orange juice, bananas etc...but the best cure for a hangover is Pedialyte. It's a baby formula made by Abbott Nutritional and is actually the number one selling hangover cure in Mexico. Drink a glass of water between every drink on the night and have a full breakfast the next morning. Drink water between drinks to stay hydrated. Stay away from sweet alcohols as they cause worse hangovers (more additives). Take a vitamin B complex before bed (i.e. B150). Drink water and/or Gatorade in the morning. Eat a healthy breakfast. lime slurpies The hangover pill.
I've never tried it. To prevent the hangover, drink lots of water and take an asperin before you go to bed.

The water dilutes the alcohol and also as alcohol drys you out it puts the liquids back into your system.

The asperin does the rest. For the long drawn out, sleep is the answer, but a quicker way, is to build a good sweat work out, breath some oxygen, and see if you can get something in your stomache. The night before you crash, take two bayer aspirins. Drink some more alcohol, mix drink are best. You'll feel better. I haven't had an alcohol beverage in 7 years, and don't miss those days you're feeling now. best way to avoid a hangover is to eat before drinking...and stick to one drink (don't be mixing your drinks all night...meaning don't start off with vodka and orange juice then end it with beer or wine)
the best way to heal a hangover...I'm not sure..I would probably suggest taking tylonol, eating slice of toast and heading back to bed for a few hours. Then eat a good lunch(nothing greasy)
(Drink Plenty of Water to keep you Hydrated today) this also helps flush out the alcohol which helps you to feel better Take a couple of ibuprofen just before you go out drinking.... And when you wake up in the morning or whenever, Where ever make sure that you have more ibuprofen with you and drink a couple of whatever you drank the night before. Have fun.... thiers many, hair of the dog,red beer, grease food, sleep, vitamin b12 niacin calcium magnesium potasium -because thats what you destroyed in your body.then back to prevention-the same vitamuns wwill help if take before drinking, red bulls stackers and other caffine drinks help also,be careful. A bottle of water and an Aspirin before you go to bed after drinking. Hydration (water) and I used to take Vitamin C. -But you should take this when you are done drinking for the night to avoid the hangover. When I started doing this, I NEVER had a hangover, and otherwise I was pretty much guaranteed a hangover. Alcohol does deplete electrolytes, but it also depletes different vitamins.

According to the website below: "Vitamin C protects human brain cells against the damaging effects of alcohol exposure in several ways... supplementation is essential to protecting brain cells against oxidative damage caused by alcohol exposure.

the website will talk about many vitamins, but "C" is what worked for me!
