how many lemons in a 1ltr bottle of bitter lemon? does it count towards my 5-a-day?
perhaps some cider and some carrot wine would be good so as to vary my intake of fruit n veg.

That's 50ml
1 lemon will produce about 1/4 of its weight in juice. Let's say about 10 grams.
So to get the equivalent of 1 lemon you need 4 lemons producing 40 grams.
That's 4/5 of the quantity in 1 litre.
So there's .8 of a lemon by weight in there if you're lucky. Not sure how many but doubt it contributes to your 5 a day as there is not any flesh in it. Wow I am seeing double already!!!! Hey, you go giirl!!!! If I have coke as a mixer I am doing well coz it is made of vegetables apparantly!!!! The Morgans I have with it is just a wee treat lol x
