Is it illegal to sell multi pack cans/crisps etc seperately?
Answers: They tell you not to but i wouldn't have thought its a jail-able offence. Plus its only illegal if they find out! yes but its not highly eligal YES yes yes, apparently so, but doing this at a festival is considered a perfectly normal way to earn enough money to buy overpriced warm beer and dodgy vegeburgers. I wouldn't worry too much though, I dont think trading standards have enough time on their hands to worry too much about this. More of a worry if it's potentially lethal or something. multi packs usually tell you on packing Not To Be Sold Seperately. retailer will be getting bigger /better discount due to bulk buying.if he/she sells item from pack seperately he should be selling at a reduced price and not the normal single item price if sold at normal price then he is making a larger profit.so I would think it is illegal and criminal offence Yeah ,highly illegal.
