What's the difference between rum and vodka?!

Question:

What's the difference between rum and vodka?

i have this bacardi bottle that says clear rum or something like that. can i mix that with my oranga juice? because my grey goose ran out. or is that just wrong and disgusting.

Answers: the difference between the two are that they taste different. You can put rum in orange juice. I would recommend mixing rum with coke or pinneapple juice. Vodka is made from potatos and rum is made from molasses. Rum is often flavored. That's about it. Both are spirits. One is made from molasses (Rum) while other is made from potatoes (Vodka). I'm not really sure what the difference is, except for the taste and the way it is made. I also enjoy Grey Goose with oj and just trust me on this one, don't go for the rum and oj, it is nasty. Rum is basically made from sugar caneby products, vodka is from a lot of things like fermented grains, potatoes, grapes, beets and by products of oil refining.

I personally don't like rum all that much unless it's in a Long Island.

Here's a list of cocktails that have rum in them.
Have fun.

http://www.mixed-drink.com/rum.html... Bacardi Light mixes well with just about anything that vodka mixes with. The is a distinctly different taste so don't do it if you are trying to make your drink exactly the same but do try it if you are at all adventerous. I personally prefer Bacardi Light to any vodka in all mixed drinks except martinis.

b i don't think you should be drinking alcohol if your underage. you wouldn't want any more brain damage then you already have...hope this helps!
