haha, thanks for answers It can be a tough job. Long, late hours, but the money is really good.
I think you should spend more time studying and learning to spell college first. hahaha that was pretty funny ^
anyways...yes it is. My cousin bartended throughout his college career and loved it. It is a great way to make a ton of money while meeting an enormous amount of people while doing so. Plus, bartending skills will be useful for the rest of your life in plenty of situations. It is a great job, if you can handle the hours and stay out of the party life that often comes with the job. If you can do that then go for it. It is great fun and you get to meet loads of people and make great money doing it, IF you are good. But be careful and do not drop out! It can be too fun;) I have been a bartender for 27 years, and I am 50 years old. It has been one of the best jobs I have ever had. It is a job you can do anywhere. You may not make much in your pay check hour wise, but you can make it up in tips. Yes, you have to claim a percentage in your pay check, but where else do you basically get paid twice. You get to meet alot of people and if you are a people person, the better the tips. Customers like you to talk to them, keep them company and to make them laugh. The hours are basically flexable, days if you have night classes and vise versa. I love it. I make great money and I have made a lot of friends and met alot of famous people. Treat customers as you would want them to treat you, and you could do very well. NO! Unless you want to spend 7 years getting your undergraduate degree. The money is great but the "lifestyle" sucks. When you get off of work at 2 or 3 in the morning you can't unwind. You end up getting wasted and getting to bed around dawn. Then you sleep all day until it's time to go to work.
